A swampthing death certificate.
I guess you could call this a migration. I'm leaving the Livejournal land for brighter Blogger pastures, to bust real-life postings about my life in Korea instead of singular, bi-yearly photo blogs.
An introduction is in order: my name is Becky, and I live in Bundang-gu with my boyfriend, for the time being before we move to Suwon. My original intent was to stay here for a contract, contact foreign people, and return after a year abroad - barring further outlandish forays to further foreign places and peoples. Since he's moved here, I'll be extending my stay by quite a length, and have procured a job in an elementary school as a means to do so. I've been here since February of this year, working at one of those big-assed chain academies. I've gotten a chance to see the country at it's best, so now that the country is at it's worst (re: ridiculcold) I hope to share the evidence of my discoveries around Korea, past, present and future.
취하네, and don't especially mind that this first impression is poor. I've just defeated the Plague, it's almost 4am, and we've got a lot of getting-to-know-each-other left to do. I'm off to upload photos. It's the most I can do right now. Let's save the embarassment for later, yeah?
